United Fresh Foundation Golf Tournament**
Arroyo Golf Club
Tuesday the fun starts bright and early at the Arroyo Golf Club.  This annual produce industry event brings together buyers, sellers, suppliers and most of all, friends within the produce industry!  Check-in will begin at 6:15am from the Venetian Shuttle Area, Level 1, Venetian Hotel.

**Separate ticket required. Tickets can be purchased at registration. Space is limited.

"Leading in a Climate of Change"
Be inspired by keynote speaker Governor Jeb Bush, brother of 43rd President George W. Bush and son of 41st President George H.W. Bush, and respected business leader. Governor Bush’s presentation will explore how to manage through change, with an inspirational view of how to achieve success when surrounded by doubters saying it can't be done. Bush was an innovative two-term leader of one of the nation's fastest-growing and most powerful agricultural states, forging progress in education, business development, tourism and agriculture despite being buffeted by pressures in the economy, environmental priorities and the state's surging population throughout his tenure. 

We'll also honor the produce industry's own, with the presentation of The Packer's Person of the Year Award and the graduation of Class 15 of the Produce Industry Leadership Program.

Launching A Lifetime of Healthy Choices: New York City's Commitment to a Salad Bar in Every School
School Salad Bars take center stage this morning with New York City school foodservice officials sharing their insights on increasing fresh produce in school meals. The New York City school system (NYC SchoolFood) is the largest school foodservice provider in the country, preparing 830,000 school meals every day and feeding more than 1.1 million students throughout the year. As CEO, Mr. Goldstein leads a staff of 10,000 employees providing meals in 1,600 locations in the city. As a student himself of New York schools growing up in Queens, Mr. Goldstein is now giving back to his community on a mission to serve nutritious and healthy meals.

Chef Jorge Collazo joined NYC SchoolFood in 2004 as its first Executive Chef.  He was previously a chef instructor at the New England Culinary Institute, and held earlier Executive Chef positions with a number of major corporate dining management companies.  Chef Collazo is committed to nutrition at the core of his feeding program, but also to creating meals that appeal to students in quality as valued consumer.  Chef Collazo and his Culinary Concepts department work to design new products for the city school menus that are reflective of SchoolFood's nutritional goals, delicious and cost-effective.
